Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Zion Fitness is located and easily accessible from all of Fairy Meadow.

  • We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.

  • No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

  • If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days.

  • Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you'll work on various strength exercises that can include but isn't limited to squatting, pressing, deadlifting and body weight movements. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, we complete our cardiovascular or fitness portion of the class. Fitness workouts range between 8 to 40 minutes depending on the day.

  • We have 6 core values that we install within our community:

    1.     Consistency: Long term consistency always triumphs over short term intensity

    2.     Delayed Gratification: Voluntarily postponing immediate gratification or instant rewards in favour of achieving more significant or desirable outcomes in the future.

    4.     Names Not Numbers: Recognising and valuing individuality, humanity and personal connection over treating people as mere statistics. Treating people empathetically on a person by person basis.

Individuals with a growth mindset embrace challenges, persevere in the face of setbacks, and see failure as an opportunity for growth.

  • Yes! Zion Fitness believes in the health benefits of social interactions, we therefore offer a very healthy variety of social activities eg. BBQ’s, Black Tie events, Challenges, Lawn Bowls

  • Yes. There is no lock in contracts or hidden costs here. To cancel or freeze your membership please contact the gym via email to give your 2 week notice of pause or cancellation.

  • No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
